Why we need a Mentor!

The Bishop reflects upon his servitude to all men!

I am your servant
In the New Testament, Jesus said, "And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister……...” (St. Matthew 20:27-28).

Why we need a Mentor?

A "mentor" is one who serves as an example and model. He or she offers counsel off times upon request, and serves as a positive influence to an understudy. A "mentor" is able to make this contribution because of his/her many life experiences. These experiences have taught wisdom, knowledge with patience and Godly Love. A "mentor" is always trying to point the way, he or she believes in lending a helping hand to uplift with a positive attitude; trying always to maintains a victorious and encouraging attitude toward the one been taught. A "mentor" is often very assured that his efforts are as a protégé. His desire is to motivate and cause a better outcome for those who listen to him and follow his guidance. A "mentor" is one of faith and confidence toward another person in whom he desires a better outcome. A "mentor" is wise, and trustworthy. He builds trust toward those he serves. This trust is built with each experience in sharing and exchanges of ideas. The "mentor" is always maintaining confidentiality. A mentor listens, facilitates growth that avoids mistakes. A mentor is a coach. He discusses willingly and allows   problems to result and offers consultation, with deep concerns for his/her subject as a protégé. He seeks a better out come for his understudy than the one he has had. A "mentor" is true friend.

The general church is not primary a denomination nor does its teachings and practices reflect the bondage of the denomination' tradition. He now leads one of the most profound bodies of biblical teaching of truth concerning the Bible's Christian message today.

The Bishop teaches a principle driven concept based on Emphasis Upon Love! Bishop states, "For years I have had priority emphasis upon Love" Love is a most wonderful and glorious power God gave to man in the beginning. The Principles that builds, foster, nourish, directs and guide love are the most powerful and enduring items of existence. This give reason why “Romance love is the seed that will keep the death and hurts, yes even the weeds of defeats, indifference and bitterness from coming between a man and woman.” Love is the powerful glue that holds everything together, in spite of.

Guidance into laying a True Foundation

The Bishop speaks on “Guidance into laying a True Foundation.” "Before anything of worth can be built to endure, there must be a foundation laid.  There can never be lasting results in life and ministry, nor can we expect to grow, build, or simply soar into a great or supernatural dimensions of God in this time or eternity with a clear and Holy Spirit foundation laid."  We must first be grounded in the foundation truths of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and established in His biblical principles, practicing these principles. We must be principle driven. The beauty of any structures whether architectural, spiritual, or life must from the foundation; for that from that structure alone are the materials for it to stand and endure.  Therefore, when we admire end results, whether modern architecture, or the lasting relationship of individuals, it all rests in the building of the foundation.  "If the foundation is not laid properly, the building cannot exist and will not exist, nor it last nor endure."

The foundations of our lives and that of others we become involved with all depends upon how well we understand foundational building and practice. Again, may we remember, our effectiveness both now and eternity rests upon the present foundation we laid with God, our fellow mankind and our Christian walk being driven by these principles. We must be built in right manner with Godly relations and the true principles of foundation laid by Lord Savior Jesus Christ. There is a key to our future in this world if we are to build a better world.
